Using the service
A2Z Smart Bill provides billing, invoice, customer, reporting, notification, staff and configuration tools. You may use the service only for lawful business activity and with accurate account information.
Accounts and security
- Account owners are responsible for staff access, password security and activity performed through their workspace.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other accounts, upload malicious files or disrupt the service.
- Notify support promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for data entered into your workspace and confirm that you have a lawful basis to process it. You must honour applicable privacy, tax, invoicing and consumer-protection obligations.
Plans and payments
Plan features, pricing, billing periods and renewal terms are shown during purchase or agreed with the service operator. Taxes and third-party messaging charges may apply where stated.
Third-party services
Optional SMS, SMTP, domain, hosting or similar services are governed by their providers. Availability or delivery by a third party cannot be guaranteed by A2Z Smart Bill.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service reliable. Features may be updated, suspended for maintenance or changed to address security, legal or technical requirements.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or material breach. Account owners may request cancellation subject to any agreed billing terms and legal retention requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed. Users remain responsible for verifying invoices, taxes, exports and business records.
Governing rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory local consumer or commercial law continues to apply.
